You're probably on this page because you want to know who's behind the mic. Before I tell you what I do, I want you to know why I do it.
I believe everyone is a leader. Not everyone has the title, but everyone has influence.
For years I collected insights the way some people collect books: from mentors, from conversations, from mistakes I'd rather not repeat. At some point I realised that keeping them to myself wasn't helping anyone. So I started The Insight Zone.
Every week I share one idea you can actually use, or sit down with someone who is living it. We talk about character, vision and execution. We talk about habits, purpose, faith and the quiet work of becoming who you're meant to be.
I don't have it all figured out. But I've learned that growth isn't about having the perfect plan. It's about deciding that where you are isn't where you're going to stay, and then taking the next small step.
Lead yourself first. Then lead others well. That's what this show is about.

Through Gilead Consulting, he helps individuals clarify their vision and strengthen their self-leadership, while supporting organizations in developing leaders, building stronger teams, and turning shared goals into action.
Kenny’s faith in God is the driving force behind his life and work. As a follower of Jesus Christ, he grounds his approach to leadership in service, character, and a commitment to helping others grow.
He is also the creator and host of The Insight Zone with Kenny Adeleke. Launched in 2023, the podcast explores the connection between personal growth and effective leadership. Through practical solo teachings and honest conversations with physicians, founders, faith leaders, leadership experts, and coaches, Kenny examines the beliefs, habits, and decisions that shape how people live and lead.
